Policies

Shipping & Delivery

We are dedicated to shipping all orders as fast as possible. We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days, but we suggest allowing 2-5 business days just to be safe. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within 1-3 business days following the weekend or holiday.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Guardian Survival Kits are built to order and ship directly to you from the manufacturer, usually in 2-3 business days.
  • Wise Company food orders will ship within 7-10 business days.  Demand is extremely high for these long term food storage products and processing time takes a bit longer. This also assures that you are receiving the freshest food available.
  • All Guardian Survival Kits ship via UPS Ground only. Please make sure you include a PHYSICAL shipping address when ordering any Guardian Survival Kit, as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
  • All Wise Food Orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Please also make sure to include a PHYSICAL shipping address when ordering Wise Food products, as UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box.
  • At this time, NAT-SAFE ships all orders less than 150 pounds via UPS. Orders over 150 pounds are considered freight, and will ship via the best method available. For these orders, the NAT-SAFE team will follow up with you directly after your purchase to verify individual details.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email which will provide your tracking number links to track your package. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number.

Privacy & Security

All sensitive information is encrypted when it is sent from our web site to our processors. Our web hosting service uses a firewall to protect its' servers and utilizes encryption technology to protect sensitive credit card data and personal information. We have also acquired a GeoTrust Digital Site Security Certificate activating SSL security via your web browser to our web server. Please see our Privacy Policy page for further details.

Returns & Replacements

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), which may be obtained by emailing us using the form on our Contact Us page. No refund or credit will be granted to any item sent back without a proper RMA#. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.

Ordering

Placing an order can be done quickly and easily on our website by adding the products you would like to order "to your cart" and then "checking out." During the checkout sequence, you will have the chance to input your billing info, shipping info, and any other specifics. After you have successfully submitted your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, and an email receipt. You may also contact us at 1-888-339-8724 to place an order. Payment & Pricing

NAT-SAFE is committed to offering competitive pricing on our merchandise. All prices are current as of July 1, 2014 and are subject to change without notice. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal for purchases.

Viewing Orders

If you created an account, you may easily view status of all current and past orders by logging into your account. There is a link at the top right of any page labeled My Account which will allow you to access your customer information including order status.

Updating Account Information

Should you have the need to update your customer information, you may do so by logging in to your account and make changes to your billing and shipping addresses as well as other pertinent contact information. If you need to make a change to your information prior to an order shipping, please contact us at 1-888-339-8724 and we can make changes as long as the order hasn't shipped.
